Kerbside provides property intelligence for English towns. The service includes free town overview pages covering flood risk, crime, schools, broadband, sold prices and more. The former paid address-report service has been retired.

All data is sourced from publicly available government datasets and is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Kerbside does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the site.
