Kerbside provides property intelligence for English towns. The service includes free town overview pages covering flood risk, crime, schools, broadband, sold prices and more. The former paid address-report service has been retired.

All data is sourced from publicly available government datasets and is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Kerbside does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the site.

Not professional advice

The information on Kerbside is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice — legal, financial, surveying, or otherwise.
